After returning to the birthplace of Naval Aviation, Pete lives and works on the beach of sugar white sands of Perdido Key. Having first visited in the late sixties in his early pilot days Pete has developed a new career in the Perdido/Pensacola area in real estate. He has forged a reputation of success, reliability and expert advice across the region since 2003.
“I have seen the “Key” mature from a pine tree lined beach hide-away to a sophisticated vacation/resort destination. The great news is that Perdido still retains the charm, pristine natural surroundings and friendliest people on the Gulf that drew me here in the first place.”
Now he is happy to help others in their quest own a piece of this paradise he calls home.”
“After a flying career with the Navy and Delta Air Lines I have come back to Perdido Key to create a real estate business with high tech methods and personal attention. I strive to educate and inform, maintain close connections and develop the relationships with customers that serves them well. No detail is too small, no conversation is unimportant, no investment of time is unworthy when it comes to the people I serve. I treat my “folks” as I would like to be treated and the success I enjoy I trust is because it is part and parcel of all I do.”
“My community and my church are centers of my life here in the Perdido Key area and Pensacola proper. I serve on various community boards, volunteer with several charitable organizations and maintain ties with the Chambers of Commerce, interfaith groups, and service clubs. The “Mayberry by the Sea” atmosphere is what we locals enjoy about our home and hope to share with our seasonal and long term visitors and those who settle in our little slice of paradise.”
Pete suggests you call him for anything, a recommendation or a review, a phone number or directions, an opinion or help with anything in the Pensacola and Perdido areas.
